Hickories Park is set along the Susquehanna River. It has two playgrounds, picnic tables, grills, volleyball courts, a walking and biking path and five pavilions that hold 100 people and one that holds 200, making it a great place to stretch your legs, host a party, or just enjoy the day with family and friends. This is a carry-in, carry-out park.

Hickories Park is home to the Rebecca Weitsman Memorial Dog Park, a state-of-the-art dog park built in 2015. Dogs are welcome throughout the park on leashes and if owners clean up after them. It also has a creek and a boat launch into the Susquehanna River.

Camping at Hickories offers many options. RV sites have options for water, electric, sewer, and septic removal. There are also tent camping sites, fire pits, and bathrooms with showers.  No reservations. Cash only.

Hickories Park is just of Exit 65 on I86/NYS17 and is less than a mile from the Owego Hampton Inn, the Best Western Owego, and The Quality Inn, and just two miles from the Historic Owego Shopping District.
