Owego, NY – Where Women Create is inspired by local artist Chris Knickerbocker, who was recently featured in the national magazine Where Women Create with pictures by local photographer Lindsay Ousterhout. Chris is the owner and artist of Old Soul’s Home, Reincarnated Art and Décor, where she turns objects into art. She will be participating in a series of events, and women business owners around Owego have put up banners celebrating how they use their creativity.
