Meet Lisa Churakos, CEO of Workbea Digital and digital marketing consultant.
Lisa is the CEO of WorkBDigital, an Upstate N.Y. company that specializes in digital marketing. She has worked with numerous small businesses, as well as the U.S. Small Business Development Center at Binghamton University. Workbea offers a variety of services, including websites, lead generation and online business management. In offering these services, Lisa and her team have become experts on how to leverage digital resources and what skills are needed to make your online and social media presence bring in real-world dollars.
In this course, you will explore what specific changes or additions to your current digital marketing efforts will benefit your bottom line and then learn how to do them yourself without sacrificing all of your free time. Lisa will work one-on-one with you, keep you on track, and teach you the skills you need to build and sustain your digital marketing.
This program is managed by Team Tioga and funded by a United States Department of Agriculture Rural Business Development Grant.
How It Works

Requirements:
A commitment to attending at least 6 out of 8 video meetings.
A commitment to five – ten hours of outside work per week depending on your needs.
Must be located in Tioga County, NY.
Must be a registered business.
Steps:
1) Fill out the application below. Applications will be accepted until all slots are full, but the deadline for the first quarter applications is January 12, 2024.
2) If your business is chosen to participate, you will receive an email with which session is available to you. If you chose to move forward, you will receive an agreement with the session info to sign and email back, as well as a questionnaire to fill out regarding your digital marketing needs and goals.
3) We will connect you with Lisa Churakos of WorkBDigital. You will work directly with her to set a schedule for your one-hour weekly appointment that works for both of you.
4) Take it away! You and Lisa will work together for the next eight weeks on maximizing your digital marketing impact!
