    For over 40 years, the Tioga Arts Council (TAC) has enriched the cultural lives of Tioga County’s residents and visitors. Located in the shopping district of the Village of Owego, TAC is a central platform for a flourishing arts community. Their gallery is open to the public and exhibitions change monthly. Visitors are encouraged to stop in to see (and buy!) artwork created by local artists.     The Performing Arts Center is home to the Ti-Ahwaga Community Players, a local group of actors and theatre-lovers who have earned the distinction of being one of Upstate New York’s oldest, continuously-active community theatre groups.
