Held at Mutuals Main Stage Area.
- Must be 21 plus to enter the costume contest.
- Registration is at 7 pm with the top ten revealed at 9:30 pm
- Voting Ballots will determine the winners
- First place-$500, Second place-$300, Third place $100, Fourth-Tenth place-$50 free play
Rules are as follows:
No costumes that cover or conceal faces, which includes paint or masks, oversized wigs or headwear will be permitted on the gaming floor.
Weapons or replica weapons will not be permitted at the casino or the property. Tioga Downs security will have the final say on what costumes will be permitted at the facility.
