About the comedians:
Mike Peters, a Binghamton comedian, specializes in self-deprecating, observational humor. A contributor for Funny or Die, Peters is the founder of Homebrewed Comedy. He hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, Pa., won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and Uptown Roast Battle, and opened for Super Troopers’ Rabbit, Erik Stolhanske and Gilbert Gottfried. Peters produces shows all over New York and hosts his weekly podcasts, On the Mic with Mike Peters and It’s About Time: A Sopranos Watch Podcast.
Becky Wiggins is a comedian in Rome, N.Y. She’s a regular at the Uptown Theater and the Hub in Utica and runs the open mic at Chris’ Grub and Pub in Rome. A realtor in her daily life, Wiggins is always good for a laugh on any stage she touches.
The funniest Ethiopian you’ve ever met, Abdul Hadi is a favorite in Syracuse. He won the Comedy and Chill competition in Syracuse, reached the semifinals of Rochester’s Funniest Person in 2021, hosts the Syracuse Funny Bone, and brings a pleasant mix of self-deprecating humor and a love of the finer things in life — like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Hadi is able to make even the simplest things in life funny.
Shamokin comedian Chris William has been on stage for about a decade. A host of three podcasts, RiffBusters, I’m Annoyed, and Up and Up, William is a storyteller, who’ll keep you entertained by spilling chunks of his damaged soul. A part-time host of the M.U.L.L.E.T. Open Mic in Lewisburg, Pa., William has traveled all over Pennsylvania to make people laugh. He’s a producer and host at the Cherokee Tap Room in Danville, Pa.
